  • Once you have recieved your booking confirmation you will be sent a code which allows you to access the keys attached to the caravan.
  • The keys are not held at the reception desk
  • You must bring your own Linen
  • Check In Time is 3pm
  • Check Out time is 11am

The Fine Print

L&B Lettings - Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms carefully as they make up your agreement with us, together with your booking confirmation, and the information on our website.

These terms and conditions apply only to booking contracts made with L & B Lettings online, or by phone
Because things like the law and how we work change from time to time, we may need to update our terms and conditions. You can always find the latest version online

Whether you book online, by phone, or in person these terms (and any future ones) affect every booking.

Who’s who in our terms and conditions

Just so everything’s clear, here are the definitions of some of the things we say in our terms and conditions:
‘you’ and ‘your’ - the person who makes the booking
‘we’, ‘us’ and ‘our’ – L & B Lettings is our trading name. ‘we both’ - both us and you
‘agreement’ - the contract between us based on these terms and conditions, any other conditions we refer to in our brochure and website, anything else we agree in writing and the terms of any promotional offer you’ve booked

Planning for your holiday

Who’s coming?
It’s only the people on the booking confirmation who can use our caravan. So please check this as soon as you receive it, and make sure you tell us if any of the details of your booking change after you’ve booked.
The total number of people coming with you (including children and babies) mustn’t be more than eight

We want our holidays to be enjoyable for all of our guests. So we may turn down some bookings – for example, from people we think might spoil things for other guests. 
If you come to the park and you’re unruly or antisocial, we’ll tell you to leave the park immediately. No ands, no ifs and no buts. And no refunds.

Bringing a baby

If you need a cot or a highchair, Please speak to the Haven Reception when you arrive or to be safe call them beforehand. A hire charge is payable to Haven for these items.While the caravan is quite spacious, you wont be able to fit a standard sized travel cot in the bedroom. The majority of our guests find that the living room is the best place to put them.

Bringing your kids

There’s plenty of exciting indoor and outdoor stuff for kids to do at Haven. The kids’ clubs and activities are very popular and fill up quickly, so you’ll need to book activities the moment you get here. To secure your place on an activity, we recommend booking online at before you go.

Haven will do everything they can to keep you and your little ones safe at Haven. When your kids are at our park they’re still your responsibility at all times, and you must make sure they do what their team say. See Havens Terms and Conditions

Pets In Our Caravan

Im afraid we do not accept pets as future guests may have allergies to such.

Travelling in a group

We’ve designed our holidays with families and couples in mind. So we usually turn down non-family bookings from people under the age of 21, and we don’t allow hen or stag parties. We may also turn down your booking (or turn you away) if you're coming on your own and feel the reason for your stay isn't in line with our family focused values. If you visit our caravan as a group and are unruly or antisocial, we’ll tell you (and your entire party) to leave the park immediately. No ands, no ifs and no buts. And no refunds.

Bringing a vehicle.

There is private parking in front of the caravan just as the Picture suggests.
There isn’t space for A Lorry, large van or boat
We're really happy that some of our guests are using hybrid cars to help protect our lovely environment. Please do not plug your vehicle into the mains of the caravan to charge. We are a normal family and this will be a huge bill for us, which we would have to pass on to you.

Paying for your holiday

What you’ll pay
The Price you see on the website is the price you will pay. Prices are different during high and low season.
Once you’ve booked and have paid your deposit, we won’t change your holiday price.
If we find out we’ve undercharged you significantly because of a mistake on our part, we’ll get in touch to put things right. We’ll give you the choice of cancelling your holiday for a full refund or paying the full price. And if we’ve overcharged you by mistake, we’ll give you back the difference in price.

We guarentee our prices to be a minimum 25% cheaper then booking direct with Haven. This is based on a like for like basis. i.e Haven's current price for a standard 3 bedroom Caravan for the same date that you wish to book with us.

When to pay

Book more than 28 days before the start of your holiday, and you can either pay the full amount or a deposit (30%). Full payment is required 28 days before.


We really hope you don’t end up cancelling your holiday. But if you do, here’s what you’ll get (if your reading this on your phone scroll to the bottom of the page).


If we refund you in line with the terms above, we’ll return your money in the same way you made your original payment – back into your bank, for example.

How to claim

Step 1. Call us on 07730426618 or email as soon as you can. Providing your address and bank details
Step 2. We’ll pay your refund into your bank or send you a cheque.

Changing or cancelling your plans

Want to make changes?
We know that people’s needs change – and we want to give you the best holiday we can. So if you decide to change your booking date, we’ll try our best to meet your needs. Unfortunately, what you want may cost more or may not be available. There’s also a £20 admin fee for all changes.

Please bear in mind that changing your dates within 29 days before your holiday starts counts as a cancellation. We will always try to accommodate changes to your holiday dates. But if this isn’t possible and you don’t want to keep to your original booking, this will count as a cancellation.
If we have to change your holiday
We will do everything we can to provide you with a great holiday. If  we have to change your holiday we will provide
1. A replacement holiday date that’s the same value as the one you booked
2. A replacement holiday that’s less expensive than the one you booked (together with the price difference)
3. A full refund
When you’re at Haven
Checking in
Check-in time is 3PM this is to allow the caravan to be cleaned.
If you arrive before your check-in time, you can relax and enjoy Havens facilities. Most of Havens facilities will be open but, just to make you aware, they dont run as many activities on check-in days
We’ll assume you’re not coming and will cancel your booking without a refund if you haven’t arrived by 10am the following day – unless you tell us beforehand.


We may ask you to leave a cash deposit with us when you check in or online. We’ll give this back to you once your holiday is finished – as long as your caravan holiday home is clean, tidy and not damaged.

The fun stuff

You will need to purchase Fun works passes from Reception on arrival.


There’s no smoking in our Caravan. Your deposit will be withheld should this happen for cleaning.
Cutting your holiday short?
We hope you’ll have such a great time that you don’t want to leave. But if you do end up going home early, you wont get a refund.
If you leave something behind
Let us know as soon as you realise you’ve left something behind. We’ll do all we can to find it, although we’re not liable if this isn’t possible or if it’s damaged. When and if we find it we’ll return it to you, but you will have to cover the postage costs.

Check-out time

Check-out time is 11am. Please remember to put the keys back in the lock or give them to reception and always leave your pitch or caravan holiday home looking good.
Personal belongings – See Havens Policy
Please remember to secure any vehicles or bicycles and try not to leave any valuable items on display. If you are bringing anything valuable on holiday you should check it is adequately covered by your insurance. We cannot accept any liability for loss or damage to your belongings.
Our promises to each other
We want you to have a great time at Haven. So here are some promises we’ll make when we accept your booking. And because it’s a two-way street, you’ll also be making promises to us when you book.

Our promises to you

1. We’ll do our best to give you and the other people in your party a great holiday.
2. We’ll do everything we can to prevent things going wrong.

Your promises to us

1. You’ll tell us who’s coming with you to the Caravan and you’ll only let the people stay at the Caravan
2. You’ll look after our holiday accommodation so that other people can enjoy them after you. And if you cause any damage, you’ll tell us straight away so we can sort it out.
3. You won’t spoil things for other guests by being loud, antisocial or a pain in the neck.
4. You – and everyone who comes with you – promise not to break any of our terms and conditions. If you do, we’ll ask all of you to leave the park immediately. No ands, ifs or buts. And no refunds.
Damages (oh dear)
We hope you don’t have any mishaps while in the Caravan. But if your accommodation is damaged by you or someone in your party during your stay, we have the right to recover the cost of this from you, including any extra cleaning costs. We may also go into your caravan holiday home at a reasonable time during your holiday to check the state of things. And if there’s an emergency we can come into your accommodation without warning.

The holiday agreement

When you make a booking request, you’re offering to buy one of our holidays, and you’re agreeing to follow our terms and conditions. We do have the right to turn down your booking request – if for example, we don’t have the space or we think you’d spoil things for our other guests.

The agreement between you and Haven starts when:
1. We accept your booking and deposit – and give you a booking confirmation
2. We confirm your booking online or by phone
3. Your travel agent confirms your booking

Our contract is with you, as the lead booker. Don’t forget that you’re making an agreement with us on behalf of everyone coming to our Caravan with you. It’s up to you to make sure that they all know about these terms and accept them.
This agreement doesn’t allow either us or you to transfer or subcontract any of the things in it without getting permission in writing.
We have the right to check this information against the electoral register – both to prevent fraud and to make sure we can contact you by post before or after your holiday if we need to. If you’re not on the electoral register because of a recent move, we may ask you to give us a council tax bill showing your new address so we can confirm your details.

Things beyond our control

Unfortunately, we can’t take responsibility or pay compensation for things beyond our control that destroy or damage our caravan holiday home. Some of the things we mean by ‘things beyond our control’ are fire, flood, explosion, storm or other weather damage, break-in, criminal damage, riots or civil strife, industrial action, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, adverse weather conditions, war or threat of war, actual or threatened terrorist activity, and epidemics.
Using your personal information

When you book with us, you’ll be giving us some personal information about you and the other people coming with you. We may use it to:
■ Handle your booking and give you your holiday
■ Pass on to other companies that have been involved in your transaction like insurance, third party partners and travel providers (but only if it’s appropriate)
■ Contact you (and people over 18 who come with you) about future bookings.
We are a family company we wont be passing on your information for advertising or anything silly like that.
